As a marketing and communications consultancy, qsmr works with clients in different ways and at different levels, depending on the size of the organisation, priorities and the internal expertise available.

In every case, we begin with a no obligation initial meeting. We will ask detailed questions about what it is you are looking to achieve. We will use what you tell us and our own extensive marketng experience to make a written proposal that will outline our recommended approach to meet those objectives.

From that stage you can have as little or as much involvement from us as you want. Some clients ask us to develop a comprehensive marketing strategy that they themselves can then implement.

For others, we will take a more hands-on role and control the development and delivery of complete marketing campaigns and specific projects. This can be as a direct result of earlier work we have carried out, or may be part of previously prepared business plans. Often they are stand-alone marketing activities required as a tactical response to a short-term business need.

As a further part of our service we can offer staff development support,
sharing our skills and experience to build the marketing skills base internally through training, or by helping clients recruit and retain new marketing personnel.
